It is a duplex with Model A being in front. This historic house, built in 1925 was recently remodeled from top to bottom. Enjoy a charming old home but with modern, luxurious amenities. The hardwood floors have been brought back to their original beauty. The historically decorated accents compliment the 1920's era. The Bedroom has a king size bed with all the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel. Spa quality Pima cotton sheets. Bathroom have a walk in shower with two shower heads and a stained glass window niche and robes and toiletries will make you feel pampered. The living room has a 58" Smart TV, 200 mg Wifi and a romantic old fashioned fireplace for those cozy evenings. A fully furnished kitchen has new retro-style appliances and everything that you could need including a Keurig coffee maker. There is free off street parking, a large front porch with swing and mature shady trees. A laundry room is available including an iron and full size ironing board. The history of the house was interesting; enjoyed the pics and stories in the welcome notebook. Bed was comfortable, over sized shower was fantastic and the house was immaciulate.
