The hotel staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. The accommodation was clean and tidy, but we did have an issue with the window blinds, which did not close properly, some of the skirting boards were dusty, and the toilet brushes need to be replaced. The facilities and location were excellent. However, our meal at the Yatchmans Grill was disappointing.

Superb location. Staff could not be more helpful and Friendly. Amazing wildlife in and around the property. Would definitely return. Only small criticism is it was a little pricey in the restaurant.

Liked the view from room. Liked breakfast and lunch menu. Liked general atmosphere.

Nevis is an exclusive island with the Four Seasons being its top hotel. The hotel area is very large, has three pools and direct beach access. Even when fully booked, the whole estate is so spacious that it will feel neither crowded nor lonely. The service of the hotel is beyond compare, it sets very high standards, known for the brand. The Park Hyatt St Kitts is a great hotel in a great location. Nothing at all to complain about - it’s not cheap but it’s worth it. You should ask for an island tour with the driver Tomeka - she is an absolute hoot with so much knowledge of the island and the most fantastic sense of humour - best island guide ever!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach at the end of the bay. We had a lovely room with beautiful views of the sea and saw the most magnificent sunsets from our balcony. The restaurant was easily accessible as also was Mr X Shiggedy Shack and the Deck Bar. I would certainly use this hotel again and look forward to returning before too long.

Everything was just fine. Excellent location. Hotel terrace with seaview. Small kitchen with water heater. Good shower. Fridge in the room. Good WiFi. Big supermarket downstairs.

Such a nice friendly place to stay, inparticular the staff are so friendly. The pool area is excelent, the rooms are in the process of being updated, some are still to be done and do look a little tired but are clean an comfortable.
