Verrassend rustig plekje in de stad.

Pros: Dat het appartement zo koel bleef ondanks dat het buiten erg warm was (25 - 30 graden). Cons: Beetje last van buren die aan het roken waren - zo tussen de huizen waaide dat niet makkelijk weg.
