The location was perfect. Water is extremely hot so watch out. Hot and cold reversed in guest bathroom sink. Learned the hard way. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. Could use a big knife to cut meat. Oven and fridge were dirty. Cleaning fee is high...should get a clean property. Front porch was great, except for wasps. Big yard, neighbor has an electric fence so beware.
