The hotel is very new and clean sand the facilities are excellent. The breakfast has sufficient variety to cater for all tastes and the location very scenic and peaceful.

The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

I booked this hotel simply because it was the only 5 star in San Sebastian, which was close to Mugaritz Restaurant, where I had booked a lunch surprise for my husbands birthday. The hotel, and indeed San Sebastian, turned out to be the stars of the trip. Mugaritz was lovely but this hotel is absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences.

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

Fantastic hotel in a lovely quiet area,near to beach,town,restaurants etc.The hosts were out of this world,very friendly,helpful all you could ask for.Great breakfast choice,free towels to borrow for the beach.Go for yourselves to find out.

Excellent hotel, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Absolutely spotless throughout. Puts some of the bigger chains to shame. Will definitely stay again.

A great hotel 1 minute away from the hustle & bustle. Balcony room was large & immaculate & staff were friendly & helpful. If you are driving be warned - parking is a nightmare. If you find a space leave the car there until you are ready to leave ! 24 hour parking is available 5 minutes away at a cost.

The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. The hotel remembers each year the reason for our stay without reminding and go out of their way to make our celebration special. A return visit to Biarritz to take in some sea air! The hotel was situated right above the beach, but also two minutes from the main shopping street. We had paid extra for a balcony, but unfortunately it was rather too windy during our visit for us to take much advantage of it! Enjoyed a meal in the hotel's restaurant on our second night and a nightcap in the hotel bar.

Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our room. The seafront location is brilliant, it is amazing to sit and watch the surfers from the terrace bar and the food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the parking easy and convenient. We are already looking forward to coming again.

We had a great stay. The receptionists were very helpful and ready to give recommendations. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves in the mornings. The kids loved it!
