### Casa di Mia Zia - Suite Erbaluce

Suite Erbaluce is een sfeervol appartement met terrasoverkapping en tuin van Casa di Mia Zia Bed & Wine in Costigliole d'Asti in Piemonte. Het is een luxe appartement met privétuin in nze voormalige wijnboerderij. Je hebt daardoor volledige privacy. Je bent omgeven door wijnranken. Rust, ruimte en luxe.   
  
Suite Erbaluce  
Vanuit de tuin loop je zo het gezellige appartement binnen. De woonkamer met open keuken is uitnodigend. De slaapkamer is knus. Wil je even werken? Dat kan aan de eettafel. We hebben supersnel internet Voor koeling- en verwarming hangt er een spit-airco. Het tuinappartement is gedecoreerd met echte kunst. Dat maakt dat het niet voelt als een vakantiehuis maar een thuis. "Ik zou hier zo kunnen wonen. Heerlijke plek.", aldus onze gasten.   
  
Keuken  
De open keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: inductieplaat met vier pitten, oven, afzuigkap en koelkast. Er staat een waterkoker en een Lavazza espressomachine waar je ook cappuccino mee kan zetten. Mooi servies, goede pannen en een compleet messenset. Piemonte is een gastronomisch paradijs: maar wil je kokkerellen, dan kan dat.   
  
Badkamer  
In de hal bevindt zich de badkamer met inloopdouche met zowel een regen- al gewone douchekop, wastafel, wc en bidet. Je haar föhn je met een kappersföhn. De handdoeken zijn superzacht en van zware kwaliteit. Het is een compacte wellness ruimte met fraaie tegels.   
  
Slaapkamer  
Een mooi gedoceerde slaapkamer met authentiek bogenplafond en Queensize bed. Op het bed liggen bekroonde ergnonomische matrassen van Emma met extra koele tijk. Hierdoor word je uitgerust wakker. De slaapkamer is zeer goed geïsoleerd. Dat houdt de temperatuur constant en geluid buiten de deur. Je koffers leg je op plateaus in de hal. Met de kledingstomer heb je gekreukelde kleding in een ommezwaai netjes.  
  
Tuin  
Je hebt je eigen overdekt terras met een tuinset, loungebank, twee ligbedden en zitje. Je kijkt uit op de glooiende heuvels met wijnranken, hazelnootbomen en gekleurde huisjes. Het is er groen en rustig. De stilte omarmt je.   
  
Zwembad, tuin en wijnkelder  
Naast Suite Erbaluce heeft Casa di Mia Zia Bed & Wine slechts één ander vakantieverblijf Villa Uve aan de kopse kant van het huis. Ook wonen wij er zelf. De parel van het huis is de wijnkelder. Daar kun je de lekkerste wijnen van Piemonte proeven. We hebben een landgoed van 5000 m2 met meerdere zitjes en een lange stamtafel voor mooie ontmoetingen. Er staat vooralsnog een opbouw zwembad, voldoende om af te koelen tijdens warme zomerdagen. Je kunt elkaar ontmoeten in de binnentuin, maar hoeft niet.   
  
WIFI  
We hebben supersnel internet dat maakt werken, lekker scrollen of tv-kijken op je eigen telefoon, tablet of computer in je vakantieverblijf en op het hele terrein mogelijk.   
  
Gym  
Wil jij je conditie op peil houden? Je kunt wandelen, fietsen of je even uitleven in onze underground gym.   
  
Adults only, duurzaam en rookvrij  
We zijn een volwassengerichte Bed & Wine (adults only) en gay-vriendelijk. Iedereen kan zijn wie hij of zij is. We bieden een rookvrije omgeving op ons terrein en in de verblijven. We leven zo duurzaam mogelijk: we hebben zonnepanelen, een warmtepomp en scheiden afval. Ons water is ontkalkt en gezuiverd en daardoor drinkbaar. Je auto parkeer je gratis op ons grote terrein.   
  
Costigliole d'Asti  
Het dorpscentrum van kasteeldorp Costigliole d'Asti ligt op 4 minuten rijafstand. Via onze boomgaard kun je het in 20 minuutjes lopen. Het dorp heeft meerdere restaurants, bakkers, supermarkten, banken, etc. Ook zijn er een oplaadpunten voor je auto. Alba en Asti zijn op een kwartier rijafstand, Turijn een uur en Genua anderhalf uur.

Tante Xan regelt met plezier een wijnproeverij, echte truffeljacht, truffelproeverij, kookworkshop, bezoek aan een grappadistileerderij, Castelmagno tour of experience in de Cattedrali Sotteranne, in het seizoen kaartjes voor wijnfeesten, oogstfeesten, diner in de wijngaard of culinaire wandeltocht.
