Very beautiful cottage "Cascina MonteRosa", built in 1900, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: natural state property 500 m2, garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Mar. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Asti 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 16 years. The owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Tolle Tage in der Cascina Monte Rosa

Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig eingerichtet, was sich wohl auch darin begründet, dass die Eigentümerin im selben Haus wohnt. Die Wohnung- und Gartenanlage gibt 4 Personen genuegend Raum und Rückzugsmöglichkeit, der Pool ist grosszügig angelegt. Der Blick in der Ferne ist grossartig. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich Empfangen. DIe Ferienwohnung und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.
