It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake. The only slight niggle is plugs, not all Italian plug sockets worked with our European adapters and so with multiple devices it was very difficult to charge everything. The pool was lovely and the food at the restaurant was good. Zimmerservice gab es in den 4 Tagen keinen , auch keine neuen Handtücher , was teilweise schon recht schwierig war . Grade Badvorleger , Hände Handtücher usw bei 3 Personen hätte man schon gerne öfter frische . Geschirr im Schrank war teilweise nicht gespült . Handspülen finde ich zudem etwas unhygienisch bei so vielen Personen die die Sachen benutzen . Sonst war der Aufenthalt ok . Personale cordiale e disponibile. Gli appartamenti nel corpo centrale sono però un pò vecchi, il bagno è rinnovato ma il resto della stanza no: però è pulita e il prezzo adatto a famiglie. Inoltre il corpo centrale è separato dalla piscina da una strada pubblica, niente di preoccupante ma è importante saperlo. Da fuori sembrano molto belli gli appartamenti sotto alla piscina, in belle case rustiche recentemente ristrutturati.
