Holiday house with pool and sea view

For rent is a beautiful holiday home with its own pool, large garden and private parking (up to 4 cars), in a magical location and a unique view of the sea. The garden offers a small biotope (pond) with numerous goldfish, large playground for football, badminton and the like. v.m., numerous trees, palm trees and beautiful plants. The pool is 11m long, almost 5m wide and is 1.7m deep at the deepest point. The pool area is well shielded for optimal privacy.

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer-Haus für Naturliebhaber
Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen, weit oben am Berg mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und die Landschaft von der großen Terrasse aus. Der große Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung, Schattenplätze, Aufenthalt. Man ist praktisch alleine. Toller Pool, der bei unserer Ankunft sehr gut und sauber gepflegt war. Das Haus ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Durch den doch großen Renovierungsrückstand allerdings nichts für Perfektionisten. Am Haus ist doch einiges kaputt.

Schöner Sommerurlaub für "Heimwerker" :-)
Das Haus war innen sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist auch sehr gut und top unterhalten. Es fehlt an nichts. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Zudem war der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft bereits gefüllt mit Wasser, Süssgetränk und einigen Bieren, welche wir konsumieren durften. Die Sauberkeit rund ums Haus war leider nicht so toll. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und sehr schmutzig. Die Poolchemie liegt einfach so draussen, ungeschützt herum. Zum Glück haben wir einen Poolrobotter in einem Schuppen gefunden und konnten diesen zuerst eine Reinigungsrunde laufen lassen. Auch die Poolchemie mussten wir vorerst überprüfen und nach einem von uns ausgeführten Chlorstoss haben wir uns dann ab dem zweiten Tag in den Pool zum Badeplausch getraut. Der Unterhalt des Pools lässt somit leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Liegestühle waren nicht optimal (3 von 4 Liegestühlen mussten wir reparieren, damit wir diese benutzen konnten. Sie krachten zusammen als wir uns darauf setzen wollten). Im allgemeinen eine sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Mit etwas Pflege im Garten würde diese sogar zu einer perfekten Unterkunft werden! Unser Fazit: Toll gelegen, Super Ausblick. Im Haus sehr sauber und sehr gut unterhalten. 5 von 5 Sternen. Der Garten erhält von uns nur maximal 1 von 5 Sternen, da dieser überhaupt nicht unterhalten ist. Zudem war der Pool nur zu gebrauchen, weil wir zu Hause selber einen Pool und eine Ahnung von Poolreinigung und Poolchemie haben.
