"Spacious, comfortable apartment in a beautiful building and a great location. The apartment has lots of room and everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. The building itself is like a tropical hideaway - quiet and lots of plants and water. The rooftop pool is clean and has a great view. We had a problem with the shower drain and they sent someone immediately to fix it, very attentive and the communication before check in was thorough. "

"This had to be the worst experience ever with Hotels.com. We got to this place with our 105 years old grandmother only to find that nobody knew what was going on. We waited for over 2 hours for someone to come to meet us and let us into the apto and nobody came. "American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. "

"The apartment space and location was great! However I feel communication with property managers was too robotic and too many forms to complete. My biggest issue was that we got an email about 2 days before arrival letting us know that there are no towels!!! I am on vacation, I do not bring towels with me. Plus it seems like there is an added fee for everything. We paid a fee at the building and have no idea what for."
