No sleep! Not recommended :/
Very loud Disco on Saturday evening in July inside hotel on Floor 1, just next to our Family room. So nobody could sleep that evening until when DJ stopped after midnight! We complained but no other triple room available to switch to. Complaint at check-out yielded in free parking (EUR 10) and free water bottle (EUR 2.20) - plus the 2 ladies at reception told me that I should normally pay extra for the 45 minutes of late check-out, but they will not charge!!! So, thanks for the EUR 12.20 compensation and the free 45 minutes...!!! Hotel is clean. Swimming pool and terrace is great. Restaurant is quite OK for the low price they charge on buffet. But of course when you order red wine, the only 3 bottles they have on stock are the 3 most expensive ones... Will not go there again - except if other hotels are fully booked and the hotel confirms a room only on 3rd (top) floor.

Certainly not 4 star, more like 3 - it was just ok. The accommodation was clean and the pool was ok, but the food in the evening was cold and the glasses dirty - we asked the waiter to change our glasses due to the dirt on all 4 of them and he took them away but didn't return so we went and helped ourself from another table, only for the waiter to return and shake his head with laughter. The other thing they don't mention is that it is directly opposite a nightclub and we were woken in the early hours by some noisey antics by club gooers and local boy racers who decided to use the precint opposite as a mini kart track. In summary, it's 'ok', but not 4 star and certainly not worth over £115 a night in our opinion.

Clean and comfortable
Nice clean and comfortable hotel. A little bit outside the town, 15 min walk. Beach 5 min walk. Hot breakfast not great but plenty on the cold side that's good. Didn't get to use the pool area but it looks great. Good value for money.

Chambre triple avec une tres mauvaise literie Sommiers vieux uses Quand au 3 ieme lit qui n en etait pas un En effet une planche en guise de sommieret un petit sofa deplie meme pas pour un enfant petit Alors que la troisieme personne etait enregistree ayant 18 ans Serviettes de toillettes usees certaines meme sales Menage fait a la va vite Chambre sale et poussiereuse Peintures a refaire Salle de bains : joints tres sals et faince cassee dans la douche Hotel tres mal entretenu Aucune deco Ne merite pas 4 etoiles Je ne le recommanderai pas . Seul point positif : Le personnel de cuisine et de la reception tres sympathique

Certainement pas un 4 etoiles
Salle de bain mal nettoyée(Presence de cheveux et poussiere). Odeur de tabac froid. Il restait une bouteille d'eau entamee dans le mini bar qui d'ailleurs n'est qu'un simple frigo vide. Personnel peu aimable à l'exception de l'accueil. Au petit dejeuner les assiettes et les verres etaient sales!! Le jus d'orange imbuvable et le café limite. Literie confortable

Nous y sommes restés une nuit et une journée. A notre arrivée le lit pour notre fille n'était pas fait. L'ensemble est bien, la nourriture n'est pas très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, varié. L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone commerciale, pratique pour se garer.

Cet hôtel n'est pas à classer en hôtel 4 étoiles les pavés de la douche étaient cassés non remplacés peu de choix aux repas si ce n'est au petit déjeuner chambre assez impersonnelle en revanche le personnel est au top très accueillant très professionnel un vrai bonheur

Escapada de Halloween, nada de lo que anuncian, no hay nada animación en todo el día, por la noche solo baile para tipo bachata, nada para los niños. La comida escasa variedad, platos sucios...decepcionante

En general es un hotel correcto. Estaría bien que el hotel tuviera punto de recarga propio. Los que hay alrededor son de Endesa y además no funcionan.

Bon séjour en famille, hôtel agréable, personnel sympathique et accueillant. Piscine et vue chambre parfait. Côté literie :revoir les matelas pas très confortables et manque d oreillers, ceux présents en chambre sont plutôt mous, pas de couette ds la chambre. Hôtel un peu excentré mais au calme ! Super magasins et restaurants à plaja de ajo et proximité de s agaro et Sant feliu
