    Located in Cosby, TN, The Blue Bear has easy access (no steep mountain roads), was remodeled in 2023 and features a tasteful décor, a private deck with hot tub and a fire pit for roasting those marsh mellows and ultimate relaxation.

    The Blue Bear boasts high-speed WIFI (that actually IS high speed), Direct TV with live streaming, Netflix and more. Guests can take pleasure in a well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances and king-size bedroom accommodations for your utmost convenience and comfort.

    Just minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park – the Cosby entrance has many hiking trails to choose from and you can enjoy much a much less crowded side of the beautiful National Park. Under 30 miles away lies all of the popular tourist attractions that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer.

    The Blue Bear is dog-friendly, welcoming up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is a fenced back yard as well as a gated deck so guests can relax and enjoy the deck without stress and worry about their pets.

Excellent, proactive communication with hosts. Exceptionally clean and well apportioned unit. Great location. Dogs loved it. Best Vrbo we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely go back in the fall.
