You are greeted with the great view upon opening the door into the open concept kitchen and dining room. Proceed toward the huge picture window into the open living room with tons of seating and smartTV. You'll also see the top of the spiral staircase with a custom safety gate. Down the hall you will find the bunk room, a full bathroom, and the master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. This level provides access to the fully covered upper deck with a cushioned 6-seat sectional, 2 rocking chairs, an outdoor dining table, and outdoor folding chairs. \*LOWER LEVEL\* From the upper level, you can access the lower level by going down the spiral staircase or by going outside and using the normal stairs which run along the side of the house from the upper porch to the lower patio. This level can also be accessed directly from the driveway and the walkout door. You'll enter the large game room with soaring ceilings. To one side of the game room you'll find a large queen bedroom. On the other side of the game room is another full bathroom with laundry machines. Tucked in the back of the gameroom is another seating area, large smartTV, and a cabinet stocked with toys, games, and books. This level provides access to the patio with the hot tub, 2 more rocking chairs, a bistro dining set, a bench, and a tall table by the hot tub. \*REVIEWS\* We know you'll love it, but don't take our word for it. The street is not one-way, but also not very wide, so you may have move to the side to share with oncoming cars. The road is paved until you get to the final 30 yards to the driveway. The driveway itself is fairly steep on the approach. The first part is paved with concrete and the rest is packed gravel, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is not necessary. We DO encourage 4-wheel drive (and maybe snow chains) for winter months. \*GETTING IN\* The driveway circles completely around the house and accesses both entry doors for easy loading and unloading. Guests will be given an access code to get into the upper floor entrance. To open the lower floor door someone will have to walk through the house and down the spiral staircase to manually unlock the door. Guests have full access to the house and property with the exception of an indoor owner's closet on the lower level, and a small outdoor shed. Other things to note We have two security cameras located outdoors at the entry doors for your protection and ours. They record audio/video when motion is detected. They face away from the cabin and hot tub area. There are no cameras or audio devices inside the cabin. Pet are allowed with limitations. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 will apply. Lots to do with the kiddos! Only downside was the spiral stairs inside, which I thought were amazing at first. Beautiful cabin, lots of amenities. Hot tub is wonderful after a long day of Dollywood or walking in Gatlinburg. Communication with our hosts was effortless. We loved the incredible mountain views, the game room and the fire pit. The location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great, while still giving us the quietness away from the cities. Our daughters loved the hot tub and we all loved the outdoor decks for playing cards, reading or the morning cup of coffee. This cabin will not disappoint! The pictures are great, but to experience it in person was even better than imagined. There’s something for everyone! Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed all of this cabin’s amenities (pool table, darts, foosball, jacuzzi and the beautiful, comfortable balcony with stunning mountain views!) Also loved the decor which added to the “cozy-cabin” feel. The owner has a very organized and helpful Welcome Book which came in very handy since this was our first time vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. Also good to know is that it’s only about a 10 minute drive to a long strip of stores and restaurants! The owner was very helpful, too. Planning a vacation usually involves me spending a lot of time searching A LOT of properties, looking at pictures, reading reviews, etc… Our family was so happy to come across this gem! My husband and I vacationed with our 2 adult daughters and their husband and fiancée. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and a third bedroom and bath on the lower level. It was perfect for us. We allowed the young adults the upstairs and we took the lower level. The dryer had messed up before we arrived and Leah was very prompt in sending communication to us about it and getting someone out there to fix it ASAP. The cabin was by no means filthy but I would recommend to have their cleaners do a deep thorough cleaning every couple of months and spray for spiders. Leah was very quick to respond to any communication we had. I would rate it overall a 4.8 out of 5. ##### Virginia H. We definitely liked the location of this cabin and enjoyed the beautiful view every day. The jacuzzi was a bit too hot but we adjusted it to our liking. We also used the fire pit next to it and looked for shooting stars in the night sky. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything needed though we always pack some extra oil, spices and other things (like my favorite cutting board) just in case. We took granny with us this time so there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything in the house was great- we loved the contrast between the first and second story of the house- our daughter enjoyed the big chair downstairs. The only things that stood out were the steep driveway - it's definitely not for lower cars, vans and even some suv's, and the cleanliness to an extent- there were lots of spiderwebs everywhere, the outside of the house wasn't cleaned, we weren't able to use the barbecue at all (we think it needs to be replaced at this point) and the plants around the house hadn't been watered for a long time, if that matters to anyone. Overall, we were happy with our stay, but we felt being a bit pushed to leave on time. Would recommend staying there for a long weekend or a family vacation. ##### Vladislav V.
