NEVER enter the woods at night, and educate yourself on how to act around a bear or other dangerous animal. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was just as described. It rained for the first 2 days but we found things to do. The people in our group enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. It’s off the beaten path but there are enough neighbors so you don’t feel completely alone but they’re far enough away that you have privacy. The owners were a text away and quick to reply to questions. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are packed with things to do and see. This cabin was everything we expected and more! It was clean and well stocked with everything from bed and bath linens to kitchen utensils and cookware. It was very clean and all the furnishings were nice. Beds were comfortable. The game room was a big hit! We had lots of fun playing games as a family. The house is a little bit of a drive (20-30 mins) from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, but we liked that we were not in the thick of the hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend this property. Inside and outside! Gutters outside needed cleaned out! The whole house deck and all needed a good pressure washing! The floors inside the house need some work! Flooring coming apart in kitchen and in both bathrooms! The floors in both bathrooms were soft and felt rotten feeling!
