Modern, Spacious, and Private 1BR Suite

Spacious and comfortable private 1 BR suite with keyless entry- Garden view area.

Spend time on the patio overlooking high trees and listening to birds singing. Enjoy Roku & Nexflix.

This 1BR is located at the ground floor of the 3-story hillside family-friendly house. You may occasionally hear footsteps and other sounds of daily living from above.


Close to OSU campus (less than 10 min drive), supermarket (Winco, 3 min drive), Aquatic swimming center (5 min drive), Hospital (10 min drive).


The private guest suite featured a quality queen-sized bed in the bedroom with a full-sized futon bed in the living room. Also, there is a sofa in the living room.

Great location and value

Stayed for 3 nights while our son was attending an Oregon State ID Camp. Location was a 7 minute drive to campus and a great neighborhood. Check-in was super easy and lots of space for the 3 of us. Highly recommend this stay if you’re in Corvallis!

We had an amazing stay. The place is clean and has everything you could need. There were a few days we were mostly indoors due to rain and felt comfortable like home. I will definitely stay here again.

OSU Mom’s Weekend

Nice place to rest up while visiting our sons during Mom’s Weekend at Oregon State University. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Tool several long walks and saw the beautiful neighborhood including wild turkey and deer.

Great property

The property is nicely appointed with everything needed for our stay. Having a separate bedroom was huge as I am an early riser and my husband is not. Great washer/dryer setup -very handy. Host was attentive, responded quickly to questions, and let us know when there might be some extra noise. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend to others.

OSU Move-In Made Relaxing

I stayed at Jay and Jenna's property after a 9 hour drive to move my OSU student back to campus. The location is in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The accomodations were easy to access, very clean, and well stocked. Very grateful for the coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as I was traveling with only a backpack. Couple minute drive to campus and to the Campus Way Path, where I did a sunset walk one evening. It was the perfect accomodation for some quiet and relaxation during the chaos of move-in.

Corvallis Weekend

This was our first Vrbo stay. When we booked it we didn’t realize it was attached to the owners house. Not sure we would do that again. The place was very cute though and clean. It had all the things needed to stay away from home. The bedroom mattress was to firm for us. You can also definitely hear the owners above you in the house. Wasn’t to bad though. Is a great location to visit the kid at OSU.
