It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, in close contact with nature and far from the noise and bustle of the cities. Moreover, thanks to its position, 600 m above sea level and the large stone walls, the house, even on the hottest summer days, guarantees a cool and comfortable temperature inside, especially on the ground floor. The Etruscan town of Cortona in Tuscany and the village of Trestina in Umbria are both about 18 km away, while restaurants and small shops for basic necessities can be reached within 5 or 10 km. You can spend your holiday days bathing in the swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.20-2.40 m, completely fenced in - open from 01st May to 30th September), playing table tennis and enjoying tasty lunches and dinners in the cool gazebo furnished with tables and chairs next to the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Even the youngest children will have fun on the swing and slide. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required). The house is well furnished with Tuscan style furniture. Possibility to taste and buy excellent extra virgin olive oil and other typical products. Since the house is located in a quite secluded position and in order not to miss a single minute of your holiday, for the day of arrival it is possible to request a shopping service with home delivery (to be agreed before arrival). \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== GROUND FLOOR: large dining room with stone walls, kitchen and guest bathroom (basin and toilet). L'area non è enorme ma con ogni confort, una vista bellissima e garantisce la tranquillità di non avere NESSUNO intorno.
