The property can sleep up to four people comfortably in two bedrooms with one bathroom. Conveniently located in Cortona, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 29 km (18 mi) from Arezzo.


The owner lives on the property, but both the pool and the garden are for the guests' exclusive use; only the parking space is to be shared.
