The house is divided into 5 stylish indipendent apartments. All the apartments have been carefully restored by the owners, Romina and Roberta, are fully air-conditioned for additional comfort, have wi-fi internet and are provided with a private outdoor area for unforgettable al-fresco dining while admiring the views of the gentle hills and vineyards (a barbeque is also available). Outside, the large gardens are equipped with a generously sized swimming pool (12m x 6m) with sunbeds and shades: a perfect place for relaxing under the Tuscan sun or for a nice refreshing swim. The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests. At guests’ disposal: large garden with swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10), air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), shared coin laundry, parking within the grounds. Yhdyshenkilö Cristiana oli hyvin palvelualtis ja ystävällinen. Uima-allas ja sen yhteydessä olevat aurinkotuolit olivat myös mukavia. Asunnon pöytäsarja ulkona istumista varten oli myös mukava iltaisin. Hanavesi ei kuitenkaan ole juomakelpoista, joten kannattaa varata riittävästi juotavia mukaan alusta alkaen. Lähimmät kaupat 20-25 min ajomatkan päässä. Ilmastointi oli joko päällä 100% tai ei ollenkaan ja valitettavasti ilmastoinnista joutuu maksamaan 15 euroa per vuorokausi. Wifi kaatui koko ajan, joten esim. etäkokouksiin osallistuminen ei onnistunut talon omalla wifillä vaan oman puhelimen jakoa joutui käyttämään. Lisäksi wc-istuin oli rikki. Apartament czysty, zadbany z bezpośrednim wyjściem na ogród. Cicha i spokojna okolica. W odległości 20 m od apartamentu bardzo zadbany basen z czyściutką wodą (codziennie czyszczony) i z widokiem na okoliczną winnicę :) Dodatkową zaletą jest lokalizacja w najprawdopodobniej najbardziej atrakcyjnej widokowo części Toskanii - to w tej okolicy powstaje chyba najwięcej pocztówek z tego regionu. W bliskiej odległości wiele ciekawych miast i miasteczek - Montepulciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Siena, Asyż a trochę dalej przepiękne Civita di Bagnoregio. Zdecydowanie polecam. ##### Piotr C. They also prepared and served us a wonderful and lavish 4-course open air birthday dinner with Tuscan delicacies for our party of 36 people. Amazing! Die Appartments sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet worden und unsere Familie sowie Gäste haben sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Vermieterinnen Romina und Roberta, sowie die für die Gäste zuständige Betreuerin Martina, waren sehr zuvorkommend, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen, und haben uns zusammen mit ihrem Team ein tolles Geburtstagsdinner mit toskanischen Spezialitäten unter freiem Himmel für unsere 36-köpfige Gesellschaft gezaubert. Hervorragend! Ein toskanischer Traum hat sich für uns erfüllt! It’s a stunning property with a wonderful view, big pool and a lovingly manicured garden. The apartments have been elegantly refurbished with a keen eye for detail and we felt very much at home. Romina and Roberta who own the property, as well as English speaking Martina, were extremely helpful in answering our many questions and helping out where they could. They also prepared and served us a wonderful and lavish 4-course open air birthday dinner with Tuscan delicacies for our party of 36 people. Amazing! The name of this place is Poggio Gabbiano. We couldn't find this name on our booking but all the signs at the road have this name. We had some bad luck with a blocked toilet which caused some bad smells during the week. Another strange thing is that they water the garden every night. Not needed because the grass around the swimming pool was like a swamp. We also found it strange that there were Italian people at the swimming pool. They weren't staying in one of the apartments. It was unclear who they were, family maybe? The owners were a bit invisible, they were not very involved. Their English wasn't great so we didn't get a connection with them. They did try to set up a dinner for all apartments, but we found 30 euro per person, also for the kids a bit much. We had a good stay, the location is beautiful and right in the middle of nowhere. Cortona is a 20 minutes drive away. Lovely town. We would recommend the place, but believe the owners got get more out of it if they would interact more with their guests. ##### null T. Nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre aide, vos conseils, et votre collaboration en réponse à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons déjà recommandé Posarelli Villas à toutes les personnes qui pourraient envisager un séjour en Italie. Nous tenons aussi à préciser que Podere Romina est un endroit de rêve; et que les propriétaires Roberta et Romina sont accueillantes, attentionnées. Elles offrent des appartements superbes dans un magnifique environnement. Nous leur avons clairement indiqué nos impressions, et vous demandons de leur faire part de notre entière satisfaction, et gratitude. Pour le plaisir d’accorder une note, j’y vais pour un 99.5%. J’ai mentionné à Romina deux petits détails qu’elles pourraient considérer : - ajouter un accessoire dans la douche pour accueillir savon et bouteille de shampooing. Présentement le doucheur doit tout laisser sur le sol; ce n’est pas grave, mais un peu agaçant. - il n’y a pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres; soit ils sont disparus, soit ils sont déchirés Nous avons eu droit à des visites du chat des lieux lors de nos absences; il a fouillé dans les poubelles, et mangé du pain sur le comptoir et les nombreuse mouches sont très désagréables au cœur de l’été cela doit être pénible Encore une fois, merci. ##### Robert L.
