  • Former, recently restored barn situated a short distance away from the charming town of Cortona dating back to the Etruscan time. This property provides nice and welcoming interiors. Outside guests can enjoy use of a private garden and swimming-pool.
    The villa is in easy reach of the most important places of interest of central-south Tuscany such as Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, Siena..
    A secondary road connecting the village of Montecchio to Camucia passes in front of the property.
