- Modern villa recently refurbished and in a peaceful and panoramic location with views of the city of Cortona. The house has a hectare of fenced garden space with a private swimming pool. Inside is nicely furnished and bright, thanks to the large windows found in the living area. The location of this villa allows guests to easily reach places and cities such as Cortona, the Val d’Orcia, Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
Available to guests: Large garden (completely fenced in) with swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (8 x 4 m - depth 1.4 m), mobile barbecue, external furnished area with large umbrella, table and chairs – ideal for dining outdoors.
At the villa there is free WI-FI and onsite parking.
Extra Services: Child's cot available upon request.
Pets are welcome, at an extra charge of € 50 per animal per week. (Payment for this taken at the property).
