True Luxury in Cortina

The Cristallo is true luxury and in a class by itself in Cortina. The location is perfect and offers stunning views of the town and the mountain. The hotel is stylish alpine with a modern take on classic decor. The rooms are spacious and well designed with comfortable bathrooms and roomy closets. Some have balconies and worth the extra money if available. Amenities are excellent including a world class spa where we had one of the best massages ever. A ski concierge manages the ski room where your skis are stored and boots and gloves are keep overnight on a warming rack. Service in the hotel is impeccable across the board and truly focused on your needs. A special recognition to Giovanni at the Concierge desk who really made our stay great. We also were fortunate to meet the very welcoming General Manager Andrea Ronchetti who mingles among the guests to personally ensure their stay is special.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Concierge Sevice

Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool and spa were a wonderful way to end the day after skiing. Most importantly the hotel staff was great, especially the concierge Giovanni who helped us with multiple restaurants bookings and transportation arrangements! Highly recommend.

Nice stay, but low on value

Excellent service at a beautiful property that is well-maintained. However, rooms are outdated and somewhat small. Showers were disappointing and lacking water pressure. Concierge services were great. Location is outside town center and uphill - shuttle service is helpful and view is superb but town is not necessarily accessible by foot. Spa facilities are newer but not up to par with other five star hotels.

Das Hotel Cristallo ist eines der schönsten Hotels, die es gibt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Interieur luxuriös eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist grossartig - etwas erhöht - ruhig - mit Blick in die einzigartigen Dolomiten. Es ist wirklich eine Oase der Erholung. SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Beautiful hotel, excellent service

We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The setting is great with spectacular mountain views from the public areas, many of the rooms, and also the spacious gym, which Is a nice touch. The pool and spa areas are also very nice and service is attentive but discreet. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the cooked items at breakfast, which were nicely presented but came out a bit lukewarm. Overall a great stay.

A very nice hotel indeed. Very nice views of the town and ski areas, mountains on the opposite side of the valley . We were lucky to get a room facing that direction. Good service in general. convenient shuttle service into town. Spa facilities very good , a good sized gym with modern gym facilities / equipment. I had one of the best massages i ve ever had. Just some minor points to improve: The preset room temperature slightly too warm for me; and there was leak from the bathtub. Highly Recommend.

Great stay

This is our second time staying at the Cristallo. It’s a really charming hotel, perched at the top of a hill in Cortina. The staff was super friendly (the concierge gave us some amazing recommendations for hikes and restaurants), the free breakfast in the morning was great, and the room was spacious. The only con is perhaps the shower/tub is a little small in the bathroom, but otherwise, everything was great about the hotel. We would stay there again.

What a great hotel! Views beautiful, rooms spacious and lovely, staff friendly and accommodating, not stuffy, fantastic pool, great gym, excellent breakfast (fresh squeezed orange juice!), a relaxing bar for lounging and enjoying the scenery, and a (somewhat pricy) dinner restaurant that strives for but just misses world class excellence. Watch out for the parking charges which are not prominently disclosed on the booking site we used.

We were offered a nice upgrade on the arrival day which was very much appreciated. They have a nice candy bar which was a new thing for us. The service was very good and the people there are very nice and helpful. The two restaurants that were suggested for a nice supper in town were on point.

Im Zimmer war es nachts etwas laut. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Eisschrank Geräusche machte.! Eine 2. Tür zum Flur(Fahrstuhl) wäre auch gut gewesen Kindergeschrei.
