Beautiful apartment located in a large and beautiful house surrounded by greenery in Località Chiave, a panoramic and sunny hamlet of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Precisely because of its position it is an apartment suitable for all those who love tranquility and contact with nature. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with kitchen, a large living room and access to a panoramic balcony with breathtaking views of the Dolomites.



The apartment is 95 square meters and is located on the second floor. The living area consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair, an LCD TV and a dining area with a table, bench and wooden chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher. From the dining area you have access to a bedroom with a French bed.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower box and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a second bathroom with tub and shower. To complete the offer, wi-fi internet connection, outdoor parking and an outdoor balcony set up with two chairs to enjoy the quiet, nature and the Dolomite panorama that surround the entire house. Ideal apartment for a family or a group of friends, complete with every comfort for a dream holiday in the Ampezzo valley.

Super quiet! 20 min walk to town with outstanding views! Very comfortable, nice bath rooms/plenty of hot water, efficiant cocina with an open living area.Cool little balcony. Great spot!
