Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful. Wonderful access to the water. Our concern were the ants. A tremendous amount. We bought spray and notified the office who quickly sent a representative to spray. Also of note a cockroach or two were found.

Canal access to Packery Channel

Nice 3 bedroom condo near Packery Channel. Easy to launch boat at Packery with a boat slip and nice fishing cleaning station. Also close to the beach. Only sitting for 4 at kitchen table and 2 at kitchen bar, but they do have a few tray table to use and we just used extra canvas back chairs we brought for the beach at the table- needed seating for 7. Only complaint was there were lots of ants in the unit - kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We happened to have some insect spray with us so we just self treated as needed.

Gem overlooking the canal and wildlife

Took a week during spring break to give my wife (school teacher) some much deserved downtime. Weather wasn’t perfect, so having a nice place to stay really paid off.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was spacious enough for the family, but parking was an issue for vehicles and a boat trailer; as a result, everything had to be parked on the street. The house was clean and well-maintained, except for some pest issues in the kitchen area, which we addressed with Padre Escaptes. The neighbors are not happy sharing the boat/cleaning station with "renters," and the patio space was lovely. However, they made it uncomfortable while we were outside enjoying the evening after fishing. I would recommend this townhome for a small group traveling in one vehicle, looking to spend time on the beach and enjoy the island, but not for those who bring a boat and are there to fish, as there is limited parking for trailers and multiple guests' vehicles.

Comfortable stay for Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable and roomy condo and very beautifully decorated. Well-equipped with items for at least a day or two. Just a few notations and recommendations are listed below.– – Toaster needs to be replaced; very high temperature is reached very quickly, which is definitely a fire hazard– – Drain stopper is missing from left sink in master bathroom– – Need extra hand towel for downstairs guest bathroom– – Grab bars (handicap safety bars) in master bath shower would be very helpful for older guests who have instability problems– – A very musty odor became evident after several days. We tried spraying room spray. We checked the AC filter to see if it was overly dirty and it was very fresh and new looking.– – Extra parking somewhere would be a plus for any visitors.– – Another suggestion: coffee pot cleaning with descaler at least once a month.P.S. Thank you so much for the pumpkin pie! It was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed!
