This luxurious 3-bedroom, 2 full-bath, 2 half-bath waterfront condo spans nearly 2,000 square feet across three thoughtfully designed levels—perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking an elevated island escape.

Boater's Dream: The condo includes two dedicated boat slips just steps from your door, plus easy access to the beach and open water—perfect for fishing, sailing, or cruising.  
Resort-Style Amenities: Enjoy your private heated pool overlooking the water—an exclusive escape to unwind after a day on the sand.  
Elegant Interiors: Featuring open-concept living, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and an island, designer chandeliers, and vinyl flooring that flows throughout.  
Comfort & Convenience: Three spacious bedrooms (including a tranquil upstairs primary suite with walk-in closet and duo bathroom), plus two stylish half baths—ensuring ample privacy and comfort.  
Modern Conveniences: Fully equipped kitchen (convection oven, ice maker, dishwasher), central HVAC, in-unit laundry, and covered carport with two parking spaces and additional guest parking.  
Prime Location: Just minutes from Corpus Christi's best beaches, dining, and activities, yet tucked in a quiet enclave.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  
\-A two-night minimum stay is required.  
\-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.  
\-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.  
\-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.  
\-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.  
\-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.  
  
CLEANING AND INSPECTION  
\-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.  
\-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.  
\-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.  
\-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
