Place could use a deep clean, especially the carpets and stairs. Padre Escapes went above and beyond when we had a personal issue occur and we have sent our thanks. It is in a great location close to everything. We booked the property because it had a dock for fishing in the channel with a fishing light. Unfortunately the light did not work. I had a business luncheon i Corpus so I found this place so my wife and 91 year old father could come with me. My father loved being able to fish off the back deck. The back deck was a perfect evening spot to relax. Had a little issue with one of the toilets and the maintenance person was there in an hour to fix it.
