It offers an open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom two twins, both bedrooms have their own bath. Oh! Did we mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience: Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Condo is on the 3rd floor and no elevator (should probably be listed in the description so people with mobility issues are aware) Location was absolutely PERFECT! Not too far from the restaurants but far enough away from the crowds.Condo itself could use some refreshing. Bathtubs were not clean, master could use a shower head extender (I'm 5'4" and it hit me in the shoulders), had to wash the dishes we used BEFORE we used them as they were not clean, dishes themselves could use a refresh - many bowls and plates had chips and cracks. Give the guests more than 1 towel per person! We were a family of 4 and only received 4 towels. Parking was TIGHT. Should probably elaborate more on the parking situation in the description of the condo. We brought my mid size SUV and we had to move the car each time we wanted to get in and out. ##### Melissa A. There were no cushions on the metal slatted chairs. Need to upgrade to bar height chairs that don't need cushions so that you can see the view over the railing! Sofa is great! Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with our stay and the management. We called multiple times to get access to wifi and no one got back to us. Dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything. Garbage disposal didn't work. Light in kitchen worked on and off. The outside patio light never worked. Master bedroom lights needed replacing. I left a complain to management and I never heard anything back. The extra sheets were NOT clean. The location is ideal and the beach access is great. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth stay at Beachhead Condos though Port A Escapes, but the first stay at Serene Seashell 508BH. The service through Port A Escapes was terrific as expected; we received timely updates and instructions, and the app made everything simple. The location of Beachhead Condos in general is tough to beat. Serene Seashell has what has to be one of the very best gulf views in all of Port Aransas. We could see the sunrise, the condos' boardwalk, and nothing but water on about 150 degrees of the horizon. The kitchen is well-appointed, including a giant stock pot with strainer insert for a big seafood boil. The carpeted areas feel like they have memory foam pads. Super comfy. There is a playground for the kids (wear shoes, because there are also stickers!); the pool is heated and has a full swim day of 7 AM until midnight; there is a pool house with foosball, table tennis, air hockey, and a television; and there are plenty of picnic tables strewn across the property, as well as groups of tables in the pool area.
