The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Description is accurate, property clean and well maintained, great customer service and great location! I was so excited for this birthday beach getaway after being in the house for 7 weeks. First time to Rockport! (The beach was clean and not crowded at all) We only had one issue, the AC was broken. 80 degrees in the house. Being the hottest weekend of the season so far, this was a bit miserable. The management company did all they could to fix, but unable to unfortunately. So they provided us a fan and 2 portable ac units. If anything, I am super pleased with how the mgmt company handled this issue. They did compensate for the inconvenience. The home is really nice, open floor plan, plenty of seating, great outdoor spaces and rooftop deck. I recommend bringing your own wash clothes (if you use them), there were not enough out for us. We had to buy some. I also recommend bringing a fan or 2 if you can. The Bunk-bed bedroom does not have a ceiling fan. There was a Walmart nearby if you need anything. We brought our bikes so we got to ride along the bay. We’ve always traveled to South Padre Island but this may be our new beach getaway location! The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay until we lost power & water for over 5 days. We were very cold during that time, & barely had enough to eat, as all the stores & restaurants were shut down. We would have left town, but all the gas stations were closed also. Everything from the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living area, clean bathrooms, and the front and upper deck left us not wanting to leave. The spiral staircase to the upper deck may be a little challenging to small kids or older adults, but it is still worth the climb. We would definitely consider going back. ##### Terry C. We received detailed instructions with contact info via email for check in and check out.
