As an added perk, the resort pool is just steps outside your home. Spend the day on the beach then enjoy a bit of friendly competition with a game of Ping-Pong in the garage. The main living area is located on the second floor, boasting a well-appointed open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Let your family and friends gather around the smart TV in the living room while you treat them to delicious snacks and finger foods prepared in the well-equipped kitchen! You will have all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted with the coffee maker available. There is seating at the dining table and at the large breakfast bar. Right off of the dining area is the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. This level also features a bedroom with a large TV and an en suite bath, and a half bath. Downstairs, guests will come across a private bedroom with another flatscreen TV and an en suite bath, and a small, but convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. And last, but not least, the upper-level loft offers a small living area with comfortable furniture and a TV, a table and chairs, two bunk beds, and a full bath. While it has four walls and plenty of privacy, the loft is technically doorless and open to the second floor below. It is considered one of the home's three bedrooms. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Summer items such as golf carts, pool cabanas, beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented through Guest Services online before your arrival. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Overall, the property was fantastic! It was clean and well-stocked with coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags - and plenty of beach/pool toys. The loft with bunk beds was ideal for our kids - they loved having their own space. The location of the unit itself was super convenient as it was right next to the community pool, which served up yummy snacks and drinks. It was just a short walk to the beach boardwalk, which was also very nice. We would happily rent this property again and would recommend it to other families! The only (extremely) minor drawback is there isn't much of a view at this property. The balconies, while nice, have views blocked by other buildings and vegetation. The home was beautiful and spacious. The only negative was the cleanliness. There was dog hair everywhere! I contacted Vacasa to see if there was a vacuum in the unit because it was pretty gross. There were huge clumps of black dog hair all over the downstairs and on all the rugs. I was happy to vacuum it myself. They never got back to me so I messaged again the next day and they told me there was not a vacuum in the unit. This home is the perfect size for four adults and three children. It was quiet and clean. The pool is 50 yards away and the beach is about 300 yards. We rented a 6-person golf cart which helped alot...and you can also drive your car on the beach. We will be back to Palmilla for sure! ##### Richard B. It was the perfect beach townhouse for us. We had two couples and four kids. Each couple had their own room with VERY comfortable king beds and their own bathrooms. The kids stayed on the 3rd floor where there were adorable bunk beds built into the wall. They LOVED sleeping in the cozy beds and said they were also super comfortable. They also had their own bathroom upstairs which is a necessity for anyone with children :). The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Another big plus for us was the house is right across the street from an amazing heated pool. We were a bit chilled the first night after the beach and stepping into that pool was divine. Palmilla has their own beach access which was also very convenient and right around the corner from La Sirena. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend this townhouse to anyone who would like a relaxing, comfortable, convenient, BEAUTIFUL place to stay in Port Aransas. ##### Melody E. Great town home with a 2 car garage located steps from the pool! Tons of space in this 3 story well appointed 3-31/2! We went over the Easter weekend and Pamlilla did a great job with beach set up, egg hunt and poolside service!! we will be back!! ##### Mary M. ---
