The Sandpiper, Private Deck, Bay Boat Parking

Enjoy the ocean breeze and privacy offered by this beautiful home on the gulf side of 11th street. This completely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home boasts serene decor and tasteful finish out. The open layout allows for easy entertaining where everyone can gather together in the great room and enjoy each other's company.

The kitchen has a very modern feel with stainless appliances and quartz counters that provide an abundance of work space. The dining table has seating for 4 with additional seating along the kitchen bar.

The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the bedrooms and has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and its own private bath with gorgeous walk in shower. The two guest rooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a hallway bathroom with tub and tiled shower surround. The first guest room includes a king size bed and the 2nd guest room has two twin size beds. For additional sleeping the sofa in the living room opens up into a queen size bed.

The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs. The living room offers cable service and the master bedroom has a smart TV only. Wireless internet service is also provided.

You will find outside space galore including a large upper deck facing the direction of the gulf as well as a fenced in yard around three sides of the house.

BAY BOAT PARKING! Small bay boats are allowed as long as they are parked in the driveway. Please check with the management company on the size of your boat if you plan to bring one.

Winter Texans - this property is available from November through February.

Guest Access:
Please note: the garage is reserved exclusively for owner use and not available for guests. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard sized vehicles. Note that boats, large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Limited street parking is available. There is a pay by day parking lot nearby on Beach Access 1A by the "On the Beach RV Park" for additional vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. $500 violation fee.

2 Night Minimum, 3 night minimum during peak times (Summer, Spring Break, Sandfest)
