Lounge on your private patio, enjoy direct water access from your private boat slip, and make the most of the community pool, tennis courts, and BBQ area — all while being just minutes from downtown Rockport’s shops, restaurants, and beaches!

    THE SPACE
    Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and thoughtfully designed layout:
    Master Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
    Guest Room: Two twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed
    Living Area: Open concept with cozy coastal decor and direct access to the patio overlooking Little Bay
    Highlights include:
    Private patio with beachy touches — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets
    Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for easy meal prep
    Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings
    Washer and dryer available for guest use
    This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, plus children (per Rockport’s Short Term Rental Ordinance). Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome too — up to two pets allowed for a small fee!
