The beds and pillows were comfy and Jim is very responsive to inquiries via text. My family and I booked this house for an overnight stay after visiting Whitecap beach. It was a short 1 1/2 miles away. The house was beautiful, spacious, had adequate parking and in a great location. Out of the houses I’ve booked in the last 3 years in Corpus this was definitely one of the best! Really enjoy this condo for our summer vacations! Kitchen has everything you might need. Two bedrooms upstairs are very comfy. I love the location - very easy to get to. This year there was another family in the condo next to ours and we never heard them through the wall! Communication with the owner and property manager was very fast. Did not use the BBQ, although there is one in the backyard area. Great location to restaurants and stores. Right behind is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. We rented this beautiful condo for a long weekend and shared it with her new in-laws. It was absolutly the perfect gathering place for us and our adult children and our pups. The back/side yard was a wonderful place to sit and chat late into the evening. The pool was HUGE and very clean. A/C was super cold and about froze us out at night. LOL We even walked over to The Slip (local bar right behind the condo) the night after the ceremony. It was a fun little bar, friendly bar tender and locals. I highly recommend staying here. 5 outta 5 stars! Jim and Veronica were great with communication too! We want to come stay here again soon. ##### Elizabeth M. The host was super responsive and very service focused and the home was very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome, close to the beach and restaurants and pretty quiet!
