The house itself was so nice, clean, spacious. I just wish they had a dog friendly area with grass. The area was filled with rocks for the dogs to use the restroom on. Also the pool was extremely cold when I went at like 11am.

Worked out perfect

I booked this place for a last minute weekend away before school and it worked out perfect . The beach is super close like a 2 minute drive and everyone enjoyed the crystal clear pool every night we were there. Couldn't have asked for more at the last minute .

Reviewer Comments: The management was extremely responsive when we reported a less than clean AC intake screen and filter. It was addressed immediately before my asthmatic grandson arrived. There were plenty of beds and extra sheets available; comfy couches, TVs in every room, a nearby pool, and a large garage for extras. We were able to take advantage of 1 guest parking space for 1 night (2 in garage) but remainder in the street with no overhead lights; might be a consideration for some. About a 2 block walk to beach, but a drive is required to transport a canopy, chairs, coolers, etc. for an all day stay.

There are plenty of kitchen appliances, but not much in the way of mixing bowls, strainers, etc. We brought everything with us, so we had what we needed. Plenty of seating in the dining, living and bar area. We had enough room.AC was cold. We had a clogged shower drain that was unclogged the next day. This could be avoided with preventative maintenance.We all had to bring extra bath, hand and face towels as there was only one per person. There is a washer and dryer with one free detergent/softener, but who wants to do laundry just to have a bath towel while on vacation.Great proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart that fit in the garage. Plenty of parking on the street for friends and family to visit.Community pool was clean, but there was no shade. We used it every day after the beach. It was great.I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely stay there again next year!

Comfortable house close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of rooms and big comfortable beds. It was close the the beach. Didnt have a BBQ pit which we were looking forward to hanging out in the nice covered patio eating but still had a great time.

Nice, clean, quiet property. Looks just like the pictures. Right around the corner from the public parking lot for the beach. Only drawback, no bbq grills. Definitely will be back!!

House location was great but the cleanliness to the house wasn’t too good when we arrived the house smelled bad. The king size bed upstairs was broken making the head part of the bed slant down. The couches in the living room were broken as well and the pool had no lights at night.

This was a sweet place to stay. Close to the ocean. Plenty of beds. Plenty of space to hang and play games. The outdoor area is quite nice. Unfortunately we were there during cold weather. The washer and dryer is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

It was fun we all had a good time and I don’t have anything really bad to say about this place. In the pictures of the listing it was a little confusing to figure out the layout of the house but other than that it was all we needed.
