Great location on Padre island and is close to public beach access. We only used one bedroom and chose this home for the outdoor space/pool and water view. Location was great to get to beach, restaurants and grocery store. A few things need to be addressed; front door entry pad was very finicky, sometimes responded on first try and most it took multiple attempts, back door was would stick, hard to open and close, some patio tiles were sunken making it hard for people with mobility challenges , and no hot water in kitchen sink.
