Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. Appliances are old and rusty. Dishwasher racks do not fit dishwasher. Management Company did not positively respond. Ice maker dispenser did not work. Carpet stairs were stained. AC too cold in some rooms & too hot in some rooms & we could not regulate the AC temps. Living room furniture old & cushions need to be replace. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The property was perfect for the whole family with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for the grandparents and two rooms upstairs for us and the kids. Our kids had a blast in the pool and the playground. Big thanks to Padre Escapes for the great customer service and answering all of our questions during the booking process. It was stocked with everything you need such as kitchen supplies, etc. The pool was amazing and the playground was a nice bonus for our little kiddos. Great place for families to stay. It was a really short drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others. ---
