Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a beautiful coastal décor and stunning water views of Little Bay from the private balcony. The condo is located on the second floor and just a short walk (0.08 miles) to an assigned fishing and boating pier. It's also just 2 miles from Aransas Bay and Rockport Beach, making it a great location for beach-goers. Watch the 4th of July fireworks display from the balcony. The condo is also perfect for Winter Texans and Snowbirds looking for a winter home.

The king-sized comfortable master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and direct balcony access, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms and living room are furnished with smart TVs for your login information, and cable channels. Internet is also available to cater to your remote work, flexcation or staycation needs.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was perfectly equipped with everything you need! It was immaculately clean and great view from balcony. Easy short walk to pool and boat slip. Convenient location for beach, shops, and grocery store. Excellent communication and super easy check in and out. Highly recommend!
