  • Sea Gull Condominiums unit 1108 is a beachfront eleventh floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental located on Mustang Island. This condo has been completely renovated. Experience the penthouse feel with soaring ceilings and a laid-back ambiance. Enjoy the great beach view from the comfort of the living and dining room, or sit out on the private patio with your favorite beverage and watch the pelicans glide. You can enjoy the view as you prepare the family meal in the fully equipped and open kitchen. The master has a comfortable king-sized bed and a private adjoining bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has an ample queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom has a glass-enclosed, marble tiled walk-in shower. The living room has a flat screen TV equipped with local cable service and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's equipped with ROKU for the cord cutters. A queen-sized Aerobed is also available in the closet to accommodate two more vacationers. For your technological convenience, USB ports are located in the master bedroom & kitchen. This impressive condo sleeps 6 and is waiting to provide a stress-free vacation for you and your family.

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and the box fans available in each bedroom was a nice touch. Ocean view was gorgeous and it’s a quiet beach…not overly crowded. Chair and sunshade tent setup for the extra fee was perfect and hassle free. Daily offering of fresh towel and toiletries was a nice touch we weren’t expecting - you don’t need to bring soap, shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. And unit has a hair dryer. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. 5 stars. Ps I loved that it had a 24/7 staffed front desk checkin - staff was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing! The condo was perfect! Very clean, the view is out of this world! Management on property is amazing, everything very clean. I am super picky and hard to please, but t his was great! Thank you, we will be back!
