Exceptionally clean. Very relaxing. The property was just what we were looking for and what we needed. It took years to get my wife to take a trip with me to the Texas Coast. Now she can’t wait to go back. The property and staff get a five star review. There were only two negatives for this trip, neither of which fall on the property. One, we should have stayed longer. This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four. It's clean, spacious, and right on the beach. We liked the amenities that came with the Sandpiper properties (pool, hot tub, game area, etc). This is kind of like staying at a hotel (front desk check-in, someone to talk to if you need help with anything, etc) but you have much more space than a standard hotel room. The Sandpiper was a little farther from restaurants and shopping than we usually like (approx 8 min drive) but on the flip side of that, the beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. Our kids like to boogie board and jump waves, and this beach had a lot of waves! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Julia M. A little bit like a hotel, with checkin counter and little bottles of shampoo. Clean and comes with all the appliances that you need for cooking. Wonderful view and easy access to the mostly empty beach on weekdays. Unfortunately, check in time is at 4pm and checkout is at 10 am so that they have more time to clean the units. Make sure to bring plenty of food as restaurants and grocery stores are a bit far away. This is a good location to avoid the crowds with ocean view. Will come back again next summer. ##### Dennis H.
