Photos somewhat misleading regarding view, which was not bad, but not great either, since it’s on 1st floor. Recommend adding laminated sheet explaining TV op. Not everyone is familiar with ROKU TV, and relationship to Spectrum live TV app. Also, why not give renters access to washer/dryer locked in closet? Clothes washing/drying is essential in a hot humid beach environment, and dragging stuff to coin operated units and monitoring the cycles is a pain. Pictures are a good representation of what you'll get. Pay attention though to the mirrors in the pictures. It makes the room look larger. We had 4 adults and 2 children. Two bedroom unit. Plenty big enough. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Being a coffee drinker, I'd ask they get coffee mugs and not just the tiny tea cups. There is also no coffee provided and no extras whatsoever like bottles of water or condiments.
