Plenty of room for family of 16\. Kids and adults loved the pool and shuffle board table. Had a problem with ac but that was fixed the next morning. The location is perfect, right in town and very close to the beach. The home is definitely ideal for large parties. There are a lot of beds/large bunkbeds. We loved having a private pool and the downstairs game room area. Starkey was very communicative and very easy to deal with.
