Step into a spacious, open-concept living area that balances modern comfort with coastal elegance. The layout includes a spacious living area with a 76" Smart TV, a dining area with expansive seating, and a cozy separate seating space—ideal for intimate conversations, or playing a game of cards. The vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and large windows creates a bright, airy atmosphere, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The dining area, which comfortably seats up to 24, is positioned to take full advantage of the stunning views outside. The large gourmet kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar perfect for entertaining.
