This condo is located at one of the most desired location on the island close to shops & restaurants in the heart of Port A. The condo has a King bed in one room and a queen and 1 twin in the other. The 2 sofas (not sofa sleepers) can also be used for sleeping if needed. The condo also has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full size bathrooms. This property offers great parking with the security of a garage. You may also enjoy the covered deck overlooking the nice tropical grounds near the complex swimming pool.

Fit our family of 5 well. Enjoyed that I could walk to IGA at the spur of the moment for lunch or dinner items. The availability of a garage was a bonus.

Great getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed this property! The location was perfectly located in the heart of Port Aransas, the property was very well kept, and the condo was clean and comfortable.The garage was a wonderful addition for us being able to store our bikes safely.

Central spot

Property was a wonderful & family-friendly place to stay! We felt it was nicer than the photos had us expecting. It's in a great central location (5 mins to almost everything on the island), very clean, and had a fantastic pool. Most of all, James was especially helpful and responsive. We left a wallet behind by accident, and he was kind enough to let us back into the property to search for it. Overall a great stay and a wonderful vacation value!

Quiet place to stay

We loved the pool in the evenings and being able to cook and do our laundry. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Will be back next year.

Family Summer Fun

The property was well taken care of good location had all the needed necessities to be able to cook for the family we all slept in comfortable beds or a couch all in all we had a really nice day at this location I would recommend it to others.

This condo was centrally located and close to anything you'd like to do. We liked the privacy of the pool area. The condo is very clean in general and well kept. There were a few shortfalls with some appliance and towel cleanliness, but I voiced them to the manager who responded very nicely. Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Close & Comfortable

Have stayed at this development before and will come back again. It is close to everything you want (grocery/pharmacy, restaurants, beach, etc.) and has a central pool area for privacy and comfortable relaxation. All the neighbors (including unit owners) have always been great. Easy for the parents to relax and the kids & dogs to make friends

Good Property

We have stayed in this neighborhood before, its a nice place to stay with kids. It has a large garage area to store anything that needs to be stored over night. The pool in 50 ft away and a nice patio area too.
