The management company was helpful when I called them with questions on check-out/in process. However, simply providing that information upfront and including it in the ‘informational package’ inside the condo (e.g. the fact that the “easy check out link” would be sent via email/text at 7 pm the night prior to check out) would eliminate confusion and the need for a call.
