A twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin daybed provide extra sleeping space. KITCHEN & DINING Chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with new stainless steel appliances and sprawling granite countertops. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four. When it’s time to eat, an elegant table in the dining area seats eight. BED & BATH This townhome sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a bonus sleeping space in the second living area. The layout worked perfectly for our family of eight: our four boys stayed upstairs, we were on the main floor, and our two girls had the downstairs to themselves. It gave everyone space to relax and enjoy the trip. The location to the beach couldn’t be much better—just a short walk and you’re there. Palmilla Beach has quickly become our favorite vacation spot in Texas. We’re longtime fans of Florida’s 30A, and this was the closest experience we’ve found in Texas so far. There were a few hiccups during our stay: construction next door was a bit of a disappointment, but we recognize that’s temporary. The internet was inconsistent, and there was sand on the floors when we arrived, along with a couple of minor maintenance issues. In our opinion, these reflect more on the property management than the home itself. That said, our interaction with Vacasa was smooth and easy—they responded quickly and took care of any concerns. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. It’s a fantastic home in a perfect location for families looking for a quality beach getaway in Texas. ##### Krista R. Beach Please was perfect for our family. We are a family of 4 (2 kids) and our good friends went along with us (2 adults). The 3rd level was a great place for our girls to play and have their own space away from the adults. The Ms Pacman machine was an awesome bonus up there! My girls loved the bunk beds! There is also a bedroom with queen bed up on the 3rd level as well. The kitchen and living area were beautiful and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer is so helpful after a day at the beach! There is a beautiful view of the water from the 2nd floor bedroom balcony, however I imagine a home will be built there in the near future and the view will be lost. Cleanliness, the AC, something written in the description that wasn’t actually there in real life. But this time, this house, everything was perfect. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and numerous comfortable beds. Everything laid out tastefully, lots of extra trash bags, hand soap, and amenities; even surprise sand toys in the garage. Everything was clean and orderly. Our family of six had what we desired and more. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We were directly across the street from the heated pool. My husband enjoyed use of the fitness center offered by Pamilla Beach Guest Services. There was construction next to the house as stated in the house description but it didn’t bother us. This is the second time we have enjoyed a weeklong stay at this property within the last 6 months. However there were negative details this time around that we had not experienced during our previous visit. This is a prime property and is priced as such. We stayed during our family beach vacation. Our kids adored the play room upstairs, and we’re thrilled to have the built in bunk beds.
