ABOUT THE CONDO This top corner-unit has views of the Gulf and a deck outside with an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Inside, an open concept living space is outfitted with tiled floors, a 56” flat-screen TV with soundbar, and a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has a four-seat table, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed and a comfortable chair as well as a 56” LG flat-screen TV so you can watch TV in your PJs! The adjoining bathroom is spacious and indulgent, with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 36' TV, and walk-in closet, plus a second bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A stackable washer/dryer set is located in a cupboard. First, we walk in and there were like 7-10 remotes all just sitting on the living room table. We had to figure out which multiple remotes went to each room and honestly it wasn’t easy to use. We didn’t do a lot of TV watching so it’s not the biggest deal, but at nights the kids love to watch and not having something as simple as a universal remote just felt a little behind the times. The condo did not come with a lot of essentials like most have in the past, like laundry detergent, no beach towels, etc…The dryer I think is on its last leg as it took two 90 minute cycles and the towels still weren’t that dry. Also, we didn’t learn this until late the last night we were there, but the light in the secondary bedroom would not turn off with the remote. You had to turn off the fan, which of course we didn’t want to do, to get the light off. Lastly, all the plates and silverware had not been cleaned. You can tell the dishwasher had probably not been ran and they just put the dirty dishes back. It was hard not to notice when looking at the items, so I’m surprised they put them back. Comfortable beds, but out of the five condos we’ve stayed at in Pamilla this is the only one we would not return to. ##### Jerrold C. There was an elevator and that made it easy to access. The down side was the front door sticks and the doors to the balcony were very difficult to open and close. The blinds on those doors were broken and you couldn’t open them to see out on the balcony. There was not enough dishwasher soap or laundry soap for the 3 days we stayed. Was very clean and worked perfectly for our group of 4\. Only thing I wish the condoplex had was an area to rinse off/shower all the sand off of us and our beach stuff. It has always been a great experience. There is a lot of construction going on but not near as much noise as you would expect and most of the time we were at pool or beach during the construction hours. Very clean and I have to tip my hat to the maintenance workers. The property is kept very clean and I constantly observed the crew working. On my checkout day I ran into Roger with maintenance and two other workers you were cleaning up around the pool and guest services. I was attempting to drop off my beach cart but the office had not opened yet. They went above for me and took the keys so it could be dropped off when the office opens. ##### mark m.
