As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy access to the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course. The heated resort pool is a few steps from home. LIVING AREA Unwind in the bright and airy living area, complete with a sleeper sectional and a smart TV. The flexible second living area doubles as an entertaining bunk room, and is finished with laid-back seating and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Release your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. Five can sip coffee at the quartz breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table seats six. BED & BATH This house sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, a queen sleeper sectional in the main living area, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the second living area. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The primary suite has a king bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Two guest bathrooms are each fitted with walk-in showers. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Dine alfresco on the breezy balcony with a picnic table and additional lounge seating. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. This two-story house is accessed via four steps. There is some construction going on in this growing community. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Situated by the Gulf, the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Beautifully designed and decorated. The home ammenities were outstanding. Never have I stayed in a home that came equiped with multiple kinds of coffee (both ground and K-cups), paper plates, extra toilet paper, dish soap etc. The supplies we have needed for other VRBO's were all ready for us. The location was super close to the smaller pool (less crowded) and even walkable to the beach. The owners also had cornhole and a putting green ready for use. The only issue we had was the availability of the amenities and no wait staff on beach. We weren’t able to get a cabana even trying to book one month in advance, but that wasn’t the worst part. There weren’t any beach chairs or umbrellas available (even a month out). It would have been nice to have had at least a minimum of 4 chairs reserved with house rental for 12 people (even if at an additional cost). Even after we arrived at the beach early morning we were still having to deal with the crowds. We set up close to Palmilla area but never even saw any wait staff. House was perfect, the outdoor landscaping was gorgeous. House had everything we needed. We did have someone’s golf cart and beach toys blocking the driveway the whole time so we couldn’t utilize the price parking. But we will definitely be staying here again until our home is finished being built! LOVE the landscaping. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. Extended time together in this lovely home and proximity to the beach, sand castle lesson, fire pit and s'mores on the beach are some of the highlights. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. Fit our family perfectly. Came with beach and pool towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner. Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. The upstairs deck had an excellent view of the sunset. Huge TVs in every room! The kids loved the downstairs living area, which became a movie room for us. A few things to note...beware of the stairs if you have littles or elderly. They are steep and not enough room up top for a baby gate. The living room, kitchen, & master are upstairs. We had a little one and it was pretty stressful but we managed. This experience was wonderful, from the white-glove communication with TurnKey to the well-appointed condo. They provide plenty of soap, towels (beach and bathroom) etc. We felt super safe and comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay.
