Great location, just enough space! We had two couples and a 1.5 year old. We stayed in mid-August and the home really didn't get below 72 degrees which was fine for us, but we tried setting it lower. If you have little kids, bring a baby gate to block off the stairs. If you have kids stay in the cute small bunk room, bring some options to block the windows as they don't have window treatments (we used this room as a play room only). Great water shower pressure. Everyone was comfortable and we loved the layout. My boys loved the little windows next to the bunkbeds. We would definitely suggest renting a golf cart but maybe not from this location because it’s very pricey. The drive to the beach was very short and we could’ve walked but driving was more convenient with all of our supplies. Also we would’ve liked to of had access to the garage because it would’ve made unloading our luggage and groceries easier. Only downside was that the freezer stopped working. The icemaker stopped making ice and some other drinks and food did not freeze properly. Other than that we would definitely like to return for our next Port Aransas vacation 😊 ##### Amanda S. The whole family was comfortable, and had a great time playing on the beach and in the pool. We would definitely rent again! A few things to know: Pool and guest services are very close by. The beach is not too bad of a walk, but we did rent a golf cart and that was ideal for kid and stuff towing. Two of the bedrooms have walk in closets big enough to put a pack n’ play. The area with the built-in bunks has an exterior door with windows (we were able to cover it for nap time to darken the room with no problems), and the interior door is a barn door so it is pretty open to the noise of the rest of the house (bring that sound machine!) Parking in the back (at the garage) can be tight for long vehicles, but there was plenty of street parking at the front of the house so this really wasn’t a big deal. ##### Kristen R.
