Bedroom 1: Offers a Master King bed upstairs with a comfortable mattress that you can relax and have a great nights rest. Flat screen Roku TV provided so you can sign into any apps. Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive. Malaquite Beach is a 14 min drive. Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife. Beach toys and water accessories are in the garage to use. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them! You will have access to the entire townhome. The beach is a 5min drive down whitecap blvd. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($150).
