This place fits our needs well especially for the price. Staff are EXCELLENT. It is our second stay here. Big improvements from the last stay as they are always working to upgrade. Kid & Pet friendly. Pool with cabanas is nice. Good location for the beach, tourists shops, museums & more. Good place to stay. We'll be back!

The room was filthy..floors turned your feet BLACK. We did not use the stove it looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. There was food built up around the sink and worst of all cockroaches. Husband said shower barely ran water. The staff of one was nice to us. We liked him.... Will never stay again

The women who is in charge is so lovely! She gave me some coffee from her own coffee maker, so accommodating ! And the VIEW! Astonishing to see the sun rise over the bay!

Older property, but very clean inside

Although the property is fairly old, and not that attractive to look at from the outside, the room and bed and towels were all very clean! Unfortunately there was no cream or sugar packets in the room for an early morning coffee, so we had to wait until office opened and they were able to provide us with some "loose" creamer from a big container and some packets of sugar.

The room needs some simple and cheap repairs like covering the holes in the walls. Little things like cleaning all the dead flies off the window seal would be great. Not fun to look at from your bed right by the window. There were roaches and spiders. Shower head kept falling off. Liked the location but seriously some minor repairs and new paint would go a long way. And better cleaning.

Not very clean hair all oner the room from other guest T/v remote did not work properly. Door deadbolt did not work. Hot water knob was broken. Anything that you plugged into electrical outlets would fall out of the plug(fire hazard). Not outlet cover on plug behind night stand (Shock hazard)

The rooms I paid for were supposed to be 2 king size bed delux rooms with full kitchenette. 1 room had 2 king size beds and a loveseat but mini fridge and microwave. I wasn’t upset about that but the air conditioning was awful. However, our second room originally had 2 full size beds and was filthy. They moved us to a room with 2 queen size beds a full size refrigerator and microwave still not a kitchenette as was in photos. It was filthy. We even found items of clothing that did not belong to us. Grass and weeds was awful. The fence around the pool was rusted rotten iron posts. The pool furniture was falling apart. This place has potential but needs a lot of TLC. Don’t even think you can do laundry either. 1 washer and dryer in a nasty room with an old lamp for a light. Many safety and fire hazards. I will say the young lady who checked us in was very nice and tried her best to get us accommodations. The manager came in the next morning and we were able to check out and she refunded most of our money so we could find another hotel. She was very understanding and helpful. Nice location though.

Do not rent a room here. It will not meet anyone’s expectations. Pictures show to rent on website do not look like property in person. Very run down property, dirty floors, fridge was very dirty on the outside, counter tops was sticky, door was filthy, ac unit was not properly installed, lamp shades very dusty, old table and chairs inside the room very unstable, bathroom door did not shut, bed frame was bent, room smelled muggy. Pool area looked not up to date. Gate around pool was old looking and very rusted. Do not wast your time at this property. We stayed only one night, 09-07-26, only because I was already charged for one night.

Don’t book here the pictures on the Expedia website are deceiving and not true it is not nice nor clean. They gave us bloody towels there was food on the bed and mold everywhere. It looks like a place where illegal situations happen this hotel nasty ghetto the worst I have ever seen in my life.
