The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meals, and with top restaurants just a short walk or golf cart ride away, dining options abound. A private path leads through the dunes to the beach, inviting you to enjoy the sand and sea. With beach-inspired décor and room for 6, it’s perfect for family vacations or friend getaways. Pack your bags for a dream escape! PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled. You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. Overall, there's nothing bad I can say about the unit itself. Great space for 3 adults, convenient location and great balcony! The only thing I would urge future travelers to take notice of is that there is a lack of insulation between the floors. We had a bottom until and the day after we checked in a family with at least 3 kids were above us. The kids were running around the top unit constantly and making stomping noises from 7 am until at least noon, then again upon their return that night. It was very hard to sleep through their constant stomping. This happened for almost our entire stay. ##### Hayley W.
