Will heat your PRIVATE pool from 65 deg to 90 deg in 45 minutes (Operates from Oct- March) Spectacular space has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, outdoor poolside restroom, Private Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, fully stocked chef's style gourmet kitchen and an outdoor entertainment space with a large bbq grill next to your private pool. Beautifully accented with engineered wood floors, gorgeous countertops and designer tile. Three private porches with comfy seating- watch the sunset, read a book, catch up with friends/family or just relax in this sleepy beach town. Inquire about on site 6 place golf cart rental and rates.

Great Family Getaway

Roomy, cozy and everything we could ask for in a quick trip to the beach. Location is right in the middle of town, just down from beach access roads, and the pool was so great to have to cool off in the afternoons. We had my two adult sons, my wife and our two under 5 daughters and it was a great place to hang out after the beach, cook dinner and enjoy time together or in our own spaces.

Port Aransas vacay

We got there Sunday a little after 4 and we were very impressed with the decor and floor plan of the house. It had everything we needed for our yearly family trip. On top of that it was very clean. Leo was a great host and we would definitely stay there again.

This was hands down one of our favorite beach trips! The house has lots of space without being a huge house. The pool and pool area was perfect for a dip after a long day of shopping or for lounging in the shade after a beach day. We made many family meals and had everything we needed. The location of Jennifer and Leo’s home is the real treat. It’s walking distance from everything! But, I still recommend adding the golf cart for those hot mid day trips in the Summer. Thank you for such a lovely vacation!

We enjoy our yearly trip and all the different properties are always nice! We really Loved the location of this property!! It was so convenient to shops and the beach! The property owners were so good to work with!! We had a small hiccup but we were very satisfied with solution and fast action!! We recommend this property for all family trips!! Perfect Winter Vacation

We have stayed here many times. This holiday house has everything. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. We love the heated pool, so much space, beautiful decor, golf cart available to rent. Even a 1/2 bath outside by pool. Plenty of room. Really they have it all! Will definitely be back. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. My sons commented that the only thing missing was a big TV out by the pool to watch the football games!!! Thank you for having a really nice place. We plan to come back next year.

What a beautiful place!

It's immediately apparent from when you walk in the front door that there was a lot of care and detail put into creating this home. From the beautiful finishes and furniture to the perfect backyard setup, we were very happy to spend the weekend here. Our 2-year-old nephew was so sad to leave, once we got home he kept crying "I want my beach house, take me back to my beach house!" Same, buddy, same.

Making Memories

Our family spent a wonderful week in Port Aransas at Mr. Leo and Mrs. Jennifer’s property. It’s a beautiful house. The adults and the little ones thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the private pool after a fun day at the beach. Mr. Leo replied very promptly whenever we had any questions. The house was very clean. We enjoyed family meals together in the spacious kitchen/dining/family room. Several bathrooms were an added plus even outside by the pool. Our family made some wonderful memories!
